All sales are governed by the terms below.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and components intact. Any item showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, odor, staining (including makeup or deodorant), or misuse will be refused. Refused returns may be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
Upon arrival at our facility, returns undergo inspection. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the transaction. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Due to the limited and archival nature of our releases, all discounted items, limited drops, and products marked Final Sale are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Exchanges are permitted subject to product availability only. If the requested item or size is unavailable, a refund will be issued at our discretion.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are solely the responsibility of the customer. We do not estimate or absorb customs fees. Orders refused due to unpaid duties or taxes will have original shipping costs and any additional return shipping fees deducted from the refund.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact to resolve the matter may result in permanent refusal of future orders.
